"Yamaha Breeze from '94"
I found this site super easy for looking up parts, and I was shocked at how many were in stock for my old Yamaha Breeze. The shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I’ll definitely return here for more stuff in the future.

"Fuel Pump for Can Am ATVs"
I got a fuel pump for my Can Am. The shipping was super quick! The replacement pump looks like it's made better than the ones from Can-Am, since our ATVs chew through them pretty quickly. Plus, it was less expensive than what the dealers charge. So far, it’s been working perfectly. This is definitely where we’ll be shopping from now on.

Finding what I needed was a real challenge. I reached out to customer support, and they struggled too. Ultimately, we concluded that the item I wanted wasn't available. After that, I did a quick search and managed to locate it. Super frustrating!

"Avoid These Scammers"
These folks are total scammers. They sent me the incorrect pistons. I specifically ordered pistons for a Kawasaki Teryx 750, but instead got ones meant for a 2000 Arctic Cat ZR 500 snowmobile. Since it was past the 30-day mark, they refused to help. Just steer clear of them.

The most terrible customer service I've encountered. The chat support is pointless since they seem clueless about anything related to their departments. I even had the product's manufacturer reach out to them, and they still couldn't sort it out. Seriously, don't bother with this place unless you enjoy wasting your cash.

"The most terrible online ordering experience"
This has got to be the most terrible online ordering experience I've ever had. I ordered a carb repair kit, checked my order and the cost, and it said shipping was free. But when I placed my order, they hit me with a $16 shipping charge! They didn’t mention that until after I paid! I called to cancel my order and was treated super rudely, being told it should process in three to five business days. After seeing these reviews, I'm gonna call my bank right away.

"Complete scam, steer clear of this seller."
I ordered a couple of helmets and didn’t get any updates for a whole week. I had to reach out to them to learn that I’d need to wait an extra 3 days just to see if they even shipped. I ended up canceling the order since it would be too late. Fast forward two weeks, still no refund, and one helmet arrives while they claim they’re still waiting on the cancellation confirmation. The attitude from the call center folks was just appalling, like they couldn’t care less. Total scam, stay away from this one.

"Snowmobile Sled Order Experience"
I placed an order for a snowmobile sled on December 5. Unfortunately, I never got a tracking number, so I reached out to them twice through chat. Each time, they told me they had contacted the shipping company and that I’d hear back with a tracking number in a couple of days. On my third attempt, I called them up. They informed me I’d need to wait another 2-3 days for a reply, and I had to push to speak with a supervisor who wasn’t exactly thrilled to help. Finally, I managed to get a refund on December 28. Their customer service is really lacking, and as of that date, they still show the item as available.

"Terrible Experience"
This was the worst experience I've had with online shopping. We ordered some rims for our ATV, but they sent us the wrong ones. After taking pictures to show the issue, we tried to return them, but they gave us a hard time, practically calling us liars and insisting they sent what we ordered. It was obvious from the photos that the rims were completely different, even the color was off. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of these people.

"Issues at Checkout with Shipping Charges"
While I was on the checkout page, I noticed I was supposed to get free shipping, so I went ahead and placed my order. Right after that, I encountered a page error:32. I checked my bank account and found a charge of $11.08 for shipping, plus taxes. I called customer service twice; the first time, they said it was the vendor's mistake. The second time, I was told it was my error. No refund for the misleading info on their site. Update: On 11/13, they got in touch, apologized for the mix-up, and refunded the shipping cost.

"Carburetor Rebuild Kit for Polaris Sportman"
Honestly, I was really let down and felt ripped off by my experience with Powersportsid.com. I needed a rebuild kit for my carburetor that came with a needle, seat, and float. I went with the sales guy's suggestion to get a kit for my 2001 Polaris Sportman 500 HO. Unfortunately, the kit was missing some crucial parts. I reached out to the seller several times but never heard back. So, here’s my advice for anyone thinking of buying: unless you’re okay with losing your hard-earned cash, look for a different seller.

"Watch Out for These Scammers"
These folks are total scammers! I got only 2 out of the 4 things I ordered, and it’s been more than a month. I’ve been back 5 times, and each time they promise to send me an email, but nothing ever comes through. I called them twice to sort out a refund, but still no email, and after waiting 3-5 business days, still no refund! Seriously, steer clear of these scammers.

"Unsatisfactory customer support"
The customer service here is really lacking. I feel like I've been taken for a ride due to the absence of updates. I made several attempts to reach out and find out what was going on with my order and when it might actually ship. I get that shipping delays are a thing because of Covid, but not hearing anything at all doesn’t exactly boost my trust in PowersportsiD or their other brands.
